8-Week Sports Broadcasting Program
Overview

Learn what it takes to be successful in the sports broadcasting industry

Develop anchoring, reporting, play-by-play, podcasting, public speaking skills

Meet and have Q & A with sportscasters in the industry (ESPN, Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, NESN, CBS Sports Network, Barstool)
-
Two sessions per week, one group and one individual (maximum 20 sportscasters per 8-week program)

Instructor
Kevin DiDomenico is an award-winning sports broadcaster who has served as a play-by-play voice with the ACC Network, ESPN+ and the Red Sox and Yankees minor league affiliates. In 2022, Kevin was named a top five collegiate sports broadcaster in the country (First Team All-American) by the Sportscasters Talent Agency of America.

Week 1: Introduction: Get some sort of broadcasting tape from each individual

Week 6: Podcasting/guest speaker

Week 8: Two individual meetings, critique, next steps, etc.
